The founder of RACS, Craig Arendse is a mediation and conflict resolution specialist. He has more than 25 years of experience in conflict resolution and change management, domestically and abroad. His academic background in Ethics, Theology, Adult Education, and Project Management and work with large organisations like The World Bank, Search for Common Ground, Stellenbosch University, University of the Western Cape, Duta Wacana (Indonesia), UCLA, Municipalities, and Government, brings a unique blend of expertise to RACS.

Wesley is a well-rounded specialist in mediation and a highly competent negotiator and facilitator. After completing his articles at Ben Groot Inc and Jardim Bekker Attorneys, specialising in civil and commercial matters, he went on to be admitted as an attorney of the High Court. Wesley then moved on to work as a Legal Mediator for Legally Independent Peoples Corporation (LIPCO), eventually working his way to Legal Executive. He also has experience in lecturing and training at CPUT. He is currently our Operations and Legal Executive and plays a key role in several of our Transport Projects while assisting with the day-to-day operational and compliance requirements of RACS.
